Receptionists

Alicia

Alicia

Alicia joined our team in August 2009 and has worked on and off here between children. Originally she was a certified veterinary technician and served as part of the technician team, but since her return in 2019 she has been part of reception. Currently, she serves as Lead Receptionist and Lead Off-Key Staff Singer.  She lives locally with her husband, 2 sons, 3 kitties and a dog. Alicia’s favorite part of the job is client interaction and education – she loves helping people help their animals.

Cecilia

Cecilia

Cecilia started with us as a Customer Service Representative in September of 2022.

You will find her at the front desk greeting all of the patients and clients with a smile. She has a great sense of humor and you won’t ever catch her without a pile of colored pens beside her. She has been working in the veterinary field since 2003 and previously worked as a technician. In addition to reception, she is happy to jump in and help snuggle our patients. She has two daughters who are just as animal crazy as she is and they have two dogs and two cats. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, watching true crime and dancing. The beach is her happy place.

Sharon

Sharon

Sharon started her career in veterinary medicine in April 1994. She has worked as a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist and Office Manager.

She resides in Oxford  with her husband Ron, their 3 dogs, Layla, Daisy and Bolt.  Sharon joined our Team as a Receptionist in September 2015. She loves spending time with her dogs, and genuinely loves coming to work every day.

Sharon cares deeply about clients and their pets and is always happy to problem solve.

Brooke

Brooke

Brooke started as a receptionist with us in April of 2023. She has had many different animals all her life- cats and dogs, horses, bearded dragons, bunnies- you name it.

You might see Brooke go by in a blur as if she is not on the phone, she is zooming about the hospital doing whatever task she has been asked to do. She just recently adopted a little Yorkie and is loving life with a tiny baby dog!

Technicians

Jessica (Jess)

Jessica (Jess)

Jess has been with us as a Certified Veterinary Technician since April of 2020. She loves all aspects of the field, but if she could choose a place to be, it would be in the surgical suite. From intake to discharge- prepping and monitoring patients while they are under anesthesia and then caring for them as they wake up is her happy place.

Jess has quite the menagerie at home- 2 dogs, 6 cats, 1 rabbit and 2 snakes. She has a huge heart and gravitates towards rescues, especially pitties.
When she is not at work, you will find her outside hiking, fishing, ice fishing, hunting and off roading in her Jeep or on her Quad.

Shannelle

Shanelle

Shanelle has been a technician with us since March of 2021. She loves all of our patients, but has a soft spot for our elderly pets.
Shanelle is a jokester at heart- When she is not doing appointments, she might be planning a practical joke on another staff member. Don’t worry, she saves her jump scares for her co-workers.
At home, Shanelle shares her newly refinished bus with her boyfriend and her new puppy Rowdy, along with 3 cats and a horse.
